My main disagreement with the AK74U is that it has a pretty shocking amount of recoil. Understandable for a weapon thats 7.62mm and shortstock, but I mean.. come on.. that thing should have had a burst fire instead of singleshot. Much more poonage.

Lacking single-shot is a huge handicap. At first I thought the FAMAS, an M16-clone with full-auto, would be the best thing since sliced bread. The lack of single-shot mode hurts it a lot. Then again, the AKS-74U has a slower rate of fire, which would make tapping the LMB on full-auto fire single-shots. Still, I think a semi-auto mode is a must.

I don't find the lack of single-shot to be any real disadvantage for my weapon of choice.

What I'm trying to say is, that singleshot doesn't fire fast enough, and full-auto makes a mess of otherwise precise aim.

ak74 should have full-auto and 3 round burst, i think. Would be a good compromise for the kit.
