New to the forum, I have been enjoyin lurking around as of late, but figured it was time to become a member. I bought Bf2 about a month ago so I am still relativily new to the game.

My current rank is Gunnery Seargant, and my nickname is yonton228. I unlocked the L85A1,M95, and the G36C and I was wondering how to unlock the next weapons for the Medic and Sniper kit. I have 2 available unlocks and I dont play the other kits that often to unlock the rest of the weapons for the other kits. So basically what I am asking is, How do I unlock the G36 for the medic and the L96A1 for the sniper?

you have to buy SF the expansion pack.

No you don't. You just need to have one of your trusting friends that has BF2 SF play one round for you in SF. and VOILA, 2 FREE UNLOCKS nad access to those 2nd level unlocks.

WHAT? when the hell did this happen???? OMG I hate all these little hidden BS things that noone ever tells you.... I have been drooling over the SCAR L for months now trying to get all the first teer unlocks... AAARGHHH!!!!!!!

Warlord is a ton of fun so you may not feel too bad about buying SF for that reason.

It actually happened about 6 months ago when they released SF. It was not hidden at all, one might say you needed to read some of the posts in teh SF section, it's been beated to death already.

I am considering buying SF's, however almost everything I have read about it was not the greatest. I dont know yet.... I really dont want to spend $30 for a game that I'm not gonna play for the most part. Maybe I can get a used copy from somewhere.

Warlord is a ton of fun so you may not feel too bad about buying SF for that reason.

Bah, Warlord has more totally pointless losses from people not defending than any other map combined. It's worse than Karkand and Sharqi put together.

Mass Destruction is much better. :)

hmmmmmm..... my friend allowed me to borrow Special Forces. i playe it and got a 3 medals in special forces( this was very easy) i than went back to play some good old BF2 and suddenly i had 3 yes 3 unlocks. in my friends case he got 6 medals and recieved 6!!!!! unlocks. i believe that the more medals you get playing special forces the more unlocks u get:) i coud be wrong though:|: but that is what i think
