    good admining advice needed

After catching a verified cheater this weekend I am in a quandry and looking for the right way to admin our server. The last thing I want to do is kick someone suspected of cheating who wasn't, however we do not make any money from our server, we don't even need to have it, we could play anywhere as a team. We provide our 64 slot ranked server and 32 slot mod server as a service to the bf2 community and to spread our creed of supporting those who serve and those who served. Our goal is to provide a great gaming experiance for all who come to play on it fairly.

In the past this is how we admined it:
    1. All =IMO='s have ingame admin ability
    2. All =IMO='s have been instructed to never let getting upset ingame influence their judgment in admining.
    3. All =IMO='s when suspecting a player of cheating or smaktarditis must bring it up in voice chat to the other =IMO='s and we all watch him or her.
    4. Final descion on kick or ban is made by the ranking officer of the team when he is satisfied proof leaves no shread of doubt.

Ok so that said the past month or so has been hell for some of us admins with all the recent 1 shotting going on, I mean it can't be this many players improved this drasticlly at the same time. ( I am seeing it on nearly every server I go to.)

I don't want to kick people for being good, but don't want to let cheaters ruin the game either...so how do you handle it on your server?
Thanks in advance for the advice..

Don't have a public server, but have adminned servers for many, many years.

As far as the one-shotting goes. No aimbot hack could allow someone to kill you in 1 shot. Using game code to help aim won't increase the damage the gun dishes out... I'm not sure what you're witnessing, and I don't doubt that there are enough hacks out there, but remember that there's a lot going on in the game - I've had clanmates complain about 1 shot kills from DAO-12's at 20 feet, not realizing that they were popped by a M95 at the same time.

I have seen 3 round bursts from M16's take someone out in 1 burst, and its damn frustrating.

I would suggest not letting the whole hacks thing get to you. As long as there have been on-line games, there have been hacks. I remember kicking guys running around with Rail Guns and Aimbots on quake2, finishing 30 frag matches in :45 seconds. But letting it become the topic of discussion will make you overly wary of anything that happens in-game. Play it for fun, there's not much you can do about the smacktards, just hope PB catches up to them :)

Not even if it makes them headshot you?
