Yea, the Spec Ops is really accurate.

With a combination of Semi-Auto and the red dot, headshots are not a probem .

Not counting the unlocks and snipers, I would say all the spec. ops rifles, and then the m16.

EDIT -- Oops. Not counting unlocks... the spec ops carbines. Easily. Not far behind are the medic/assault rifles.

you shouldn't have any problem running the full game. update your vid drivers.

Since you are (will be) just starting out, don't worry about what the most accurate gun is. Follow your squad mates, do some CQC, cap some flags and learn how people get around. stopping for some well placed distance shots as a new special op is just an invite for death by every L96 on the map.

All of the medic guns are great IMO, and you get to self heal yourself too :)

I do believe that the real game runs better then the demo, dont hold me against it though. I remember because I had a friend who couldnt run the demo, then i brang over the full version and he could run it all low with about 35 fps. |:| But that was before all of the patches so I am not sure if it runs any better now.
