If a helo is hovering and you happened to crash into him with another helo, it's up to the discretion of the victim. That should eliminate half the confusion of TKs right there.
no it wont, choppers can and do fly infront of planes giving them no escape route. they wouldnt be able to code in the so and so was moving faster either... too dumb...

what would get rid of teamkills and punishes like that would be to remove teamkills from alot of things and make it simply so players are "no more"

no more tking jet griefers that run in front of you, no more tking team mates when they run infront of your tank WITHOUT looking!
jeeps, buggies e.t.c should still teamkill tho as they can be hard to avoid a griefer using one.

I was wondering this too after playing Wake last night.. me and 4 or 5 others were Chinese at the very begining of the round, on the runway all hitting the "e" key to grab the second jet when it appeared. This idiot comes up in a jeep at full pelt straight towards where we're all standing in the middle of the runway. Just as he's a few metres away the jet appears just behind me and I think someone mangaed to jump in it first. Suddenly the jeep crashes into us all, blows up along with the jet and I get blamed for 5 or 6 TKs! Instant kick when they all punish me.

I can only think the the guy in the jeep jumped out at the last minute and because I was still hitting the "e" key to get the jet, I jumped in the jeep just before it crashed.
