I have 2 questions:

1. How do you do spotting enemy for others to appear on the mini-map? Can commander do the same while using the commander's map?

2. How can I VOIP to my vehicle crew member if he is not in the same squad as I am? What is the key?

1- Press Q and click and yes he can
2- You cant .., as far as i know.

For the commander, if he sees an enemy on the commaner's map, how does he spot for other team members? I mean if the radar only blips on enemy as a red dot for only few seconds?

Right click on the map where the enemy is and "Spotted"
