I've had a kill stolen by a grenade. I lobbed 3 AT missiles into an APC that was repairing at a crate and some bugger shot it with his GP30, and he got the kills :)

But I've shot down many blackhawks and even some attack helicopters pre 1.2. Haven't been able to do it recently though.

I have always wondered if it is possible to destroy an APC or tank with a grenade. I know the grenade does maybe 1 or1/2 bar of damage, but has anybody ever finished an enemy armor off with a grenade?

Open a lan Multiplayer, take supporter and try it.
You will see, 25 Grenades are enough for a Tank. :)
And yes i Have killed Tanks with grenades.

I have pulled into a flag base with half vehicle health left and had about 4 nades go off and I blew up. So it is very possible indeed.

Low Flying smoking Blackhawk + MEC Engineer's Shotgun on Sharqui = Dead Blackhawk.

I've finished off an attack heli with a couple of pistol clips. :)

Also shot the pilot out of a MiG-29 with an M95, done the same to the pilot of an MEC transport heli.

The very first time I played, I was MEC on Karkand. I was following my buddy around the Hotel and saw a tank parked there, capping the flag. I ran up the stairs, jumped onto the turret, and right-clicked a nade into the turret. It moved an inch, and somehow "ran me over." Seconds later it blew up, and I got the kill. I found out later that another tank and an APC had shown up, and both hit it just prior to my grenade going off. I was so disappointed. Up until they explained what REALLY happened, I was convinced that my grenade was what killed that tank. My friend, who got killed by the tank, was watching my screen, and thought the same thing.

It would be really cool if you could kill a tank like that, though.

Yeah. Why? Seriously, I only try that when I'm support thanks to the unlimited grenades.
