rcon help

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, i'm a bit new :)

We got our new server today and i'm getting to grips with commands, but 1 command i need to know I can't seem to find any where

I want to be able to change map to what I want, I can get it so the map ends and then goes to next in rotation, but i want it so i can type in what map to load next.

eg, rcon map mp_karkand

Also, how do I talk as admin? eg on MoH it used to be rcon say Hi

i dont really know much bf2 rcon, but here is an rcon list:

scroll down to admin and rcon. hope it helped.
