What happened to the "DICE question submission forum"? Is it the final proof that DICE doens't give a **** about the community?

I don't think that DICE "doesn't give a **** about the community", but lets be honest, how useful was this forum? Occasionly there is a response by a DICE representative, but nothing regular. Most quetions they couldn't answer because they either didn't have the answer, or the were bound by a NDA, or didn't want to speculate on any future developments that might not see the light of day.
Anyway, the forum wasn't regulated enough, it became basically an extension of the general BF2 board, with all sorts of useless threads in there, and repeats of the same old questions over and over.
That forum should have been locked from replies by regular users, and only DICE should have permission to reply to a "question", so things would be kept clear and simple.
