Valorous Unit. I have 25 hours playing as squad member and squad leader. Do I have to get the 45 points myself, while being in a squad, or is it the whole squad that has to go at least 45 points?

You need to get the 45 (Team) points yourself. Go flag cap or medic on a 300 Karkand

Or support...shouldnt be too much of a problem with either of them...find a server with maybe 20 or 30 / 60.

Find a half empty 64man server running karkand for example and go flag hopping :)

If you capture ten flags thats 40 points right there and plus the inevitable extra teampoints should get you well over 45 team points

another way is to play as medic on a full 64 player server and revive revive revive. dont kill anyone unless u have to and revive. that is also a good tactic for getting the legion ribbon.
