Command Questions?

I just made Corporal and was wondering if there is a quide or a place that has good info on how to play as a commander I have never been a commander but I want to learn how to do it since I am now mising only 6 of the basic level badges (Knife, Pistol, Command, Aviator, Helicopter, and Explosives). Any help would be appreciated
