Over 8000 points but not promotion?

Managed to get my Global points to 8017 the other day but haven't been promoted to Gunnery Sergeant, is there something else I'm missing?

No. Just go in a server and get 1 poitn and stay in there 5 minutes. Disconnect after that you will get it.

Remember - 5 minutes.

Okay, thanks for the info guys, I am usually patient but lack of knowledge of the ranking system has led me on a downward spiral into near insanity ^_^

As an aside, how do you get those snazzy stats panels in your sig?
