Is the mp7 a bad gun?

been using it alot of SF and seems to be a great gun, but i never seen anyone else use it, is there something i am missing?

Hell no.

They did slightly nerf the gun and made it less accurate.

It saved me many times up until the last patch. I just toss grenades and RUN. It usually gets the job done.

I like the MP7, but ya it definately needs more ammo.

Yeah I kill a guy and only fired for 2 secs look at my clip and its just over 20, wtf?

It's a peice of crap imo I never use it. The damage on it is to weak imo.

i loved it in half life 2..but not bf2..it mite have a longish clip for bursts, but its weak weak weak which is ...bad

ya i guess the ammo would be a problem because you would want it on the bigger more open maps were a shotgun would be worthless most of the time, and you wont be dieing much on those maps

i use it when im engy but when im engy im usually in a vehicle but if you get out close to someone its a good gun

2 clips of 40 bullets each is enough to kill 4-5 guys. Most players kill 2 before they die anyway. If your K/D ratio is around 2 or less, that means you kill no more than 2 people before you die. So stop complaining about the 2 clips. MP7 is a great gun. Don't forget that you still have the AT mines, grenades, pistol and knife.

I guess it's just me, but the MP7 and the P90 have the same rate of fire, but it seems like the P90 is still slower. The MP7 rocks, You can use semi automatic at medium range and it is effective.

It was great for a while, but then they patched it and nerffed it. It's still pretty good, but it's nothing compared to what it previously was.

Yeah, it used to have better accuracy and 24 damage, but 20 round clip. Now the accuracy is not as good as before and the damage is 19, but it's got 40 round clip. I used to like it better before. I'd take damage and accuracy over 40 round clip, but even now I still like it.
