Explosives Badge

I could do with some help getting the explosives badge, Which is easiest, C4, A.T mine or Clymore? I have seen Battlefield 2 secrets web site, it helps a bit.I want the badge but have very little in the way of patience. e.g hiding in a hedge for hours waiting for some one to turn up !

Do it on Karkand 24/7. Go MEC, lay mines blocking the way. Lay claymores
Then just run around with C4 until everything else blows up, then you go back to Engineer - AT mines and Sniper - Claymores.

Yea, claymores around the city in a server with the friendlyfire mine setting disabled, or C4 on any other map at choke points/high traffic areas.

run around on karkand and place clays b/c american and mec snipers look similar so you can run into places without getting shot as fast i got mine and my friends and got 25 kills and 30 kills for te vet one

I think people need to have premade responces to all the expert knife/pistol/explosives questions. Save a lot of time when people don't do a search for a topic.

One way I got mine easy was the c4 buggy trick. Put all your c4 on the hood of the SUV, then drive up to a tank, apc, or other and detonate. SInce you wasted all your c4 all you have left is the remote trigger detonator. Once you get a close distance to kill someone by c4 in a car (2-3 feet) in a split second press f3, f4, or f5 to detonate. This also lowers your score by -2 because of team vehicle damage, also make sure nobody is in the vehicle u detonate or you will get a tk point loss. Works best in Karkand where there is no helis.

Try and hide the C4 like in a shrub or on a tree. That way the enemy wont see what hit them. I recently got my Veteran Explosives badge and what really helped was that I would boobytrap the enemy vehicles with C4, mainly the APC's. So the squad leader would jump in and the squad would spawn in and boom...2-4 kills every time.
Use Spec Ops, and if you kill a sniper, pick up the kit and drop the clays, then go back and get your original kit. Do the same if you kill an engineer. It increases your chances of getting more kills.

I think i tried all the methods to get my expert, it was pretty tough. ended up using c4 on warlord with 64 mapsize and around 20 players.

or if you need help ill login with wargimps account and you can blow the **** out of him all day. :laugh:
