Why no servers with custom maps?

I downloaded 2 fan map packs last night and I am unable to find a server with fan map packs on it why does no one put them on the server what use is it hosting them on this site.

Ranked servers aren't allowed to use custom maps, so only unranked servers will have them.

Uncheck the 'ranked servers' box in the server filters and then refresh the server list

oh man thats dumb so I take it the mods currently out for BF 2 also are not allowed on ranked servers. I really hate the filter system on this game I miss the filter system from BF 1942
