If you MUST look at pr0n. Stay on sites you know. Don't allow anything to install. Alt-F4 any pop ups (never click any buttons on them, that's just stupid). And try to minimize your time spent looking at pr0n and stuff...

knight i have spy bot,ad-aware,microsoft anti-spy,norton 2006,CC cleaner,easycleaner and have done the SAFE boot but still feel somethings there under norton or in norton?when i safe boot there is a couple files i cant delete in TEMP as it says i dont have rights.So i tried to change it it says brett
