bad game texture (screenshots included)

i'm borrowing my friend's 6800LE at the moment until i buy a new motherboard+CPU, he's borrowing my 7800GS. anyways, i don't know how to explain the textures, i'll show you myself.

this occurs when a shell shock happens

what causes this? is there anyway to fix this?

Im pretty sure that can only be one of two things:

1. A driver problem, try either updating your drivers (if you have old ones) or if you have the most up to date, try rolling back to some of the older drivers till you get something that works.

2. It could be artifacts from overclocking the card too much. If it is overclocked reset it to default speeds.
