Try reinstalling the full 1.22 patch.

this happens to ALL players now on ALL map rotations
every one has to rejoin
any ideas????

Yup, happend to me today aswell (I just got SF today). I had the 1.21 patch before that and installed BF2:SF directly, tried to play but would get this message, so I figured that I'd need the 1.22 patch and yes, that solved all the problems. Although, the game hangs often and sometimes it crashes to desktop without a reason (that is a usual problem from what I have gathered).
