    Multiple versions of bf2

Ok I want to create a partition and install an older version 1.12 of bf2 on the other partition so I can watch demo files from old CAL games.

However when you run the DVD with bf2 already installed you only get the uninstall option.

Do I really need to create a new OS on the other partition and have a dual boot system to run both versions or has anybody found a way around it?

If you're willing to uninstall and reinstall you could just do that, patch to 1.12, make a copy of the Battlefield 2 folder, then patch to 1.22. Then you just need to make a new shortcut to your 1.12 BF2.exe. The other option would be to edit your registry and remove the entries for BF2 which should let you install again. Be very careful if you edit the registry; any changes made in regedit happen immediately, not just when you exit, and you can very easily seriously screw up your system.
