Quick question.

Is it possible to spectate?
Ive like when i was playing on sharqi there was 2 people left on my team in the atk chopper and we didnt have any spawns left and they were just flying around not letting the round end.
But people on my team knew where they were where as i was just stuck with the ol spawn interface. couldent see them on my map or anything?

Yes. You have to spawn and die at least once. Wait until you're "dead" (not wounded). Then instead of clicking a spawn point, click the yellow X at the top right. You'll be staring at where you died. Then hit C to switch to different players ON YOUR TEAM. You cannot fly around (as far as I know) like you can in other games, but at least you won't be too bored.

yeah if you do what he said to do, some servers do let you fly around, but most servers have it turned off. to fly, you wait till youre "dead" and click the little "x" like he said, and then hold "w" and press "space" if its enabled on that server you will fly around after that.

Yeah, it's not really documented. The only reason I found it is because you can do the same in BF1942.

on the spawn screen, click an area that doesnt have a spawn dot, so that none of the spawn are clicked (like you can click in the out of bounds area or something) and then press the little "x" at the top.

sounds like you've still got a spawn point selected. Die, make sure no spawnpoints are selected, hit the X and then hit c

click on your currently selected spawn point to DESELECT it. if no spawn point is selected, you won't spawn.
