Still... that doesn't explain what I experienced..
I could see the tip of this guys gun, parts of his legs and hands, and shadows... and he was looking right at me... it freaked me out... because he was just like sitting there... then he started (in relation to me) moving to the right (still facing me) and then he shot one time and it killed me instantly from full health (headshot).
And I saw the muzzleflash coming from the gun, and he couldn't have done the trick in that last video... because even if he stands, that fence is too tall. If he jumped, I would see him jump.. and he didn't leave the ground. There is no way to do a "fast jump".. so...how can you explain that?

Well BF2 has this nifty wall hack built in. It's called the UAV, so that probably explains the first part.
I just want to be sure, but are you saying he shot you through the wooden fence up front in Karkand right? If that's so I'm no sure. Can you tell us or shows with a pic exactly where you were and where he was? The only way to figure that one out is try it for yourself.
