Hi, First I want to say im from asia (bad ping when it comes to Us server) although i still want to play on us server due to the fact that almost all asian dont speak english My ping in Us server is arounf 190-220ms is it still playable?Because I really want to play on Us servers.

Playable, yes, but you'll probably have some difficulty hitting things with guns, and there's a good chance you'll experience some extra lag. I've had to play with ping in the 180-200 range before (on the occasions when Comcast is going haywire) and it makes infantry combat a chore. But if you're okay with that then by all means have fun.
