the 65.3 is your frames per second at that time and i think the 14.0 is the time in milliseconds between the frames, not sure on the second one though.

isn't that a bit redundant though? are you sure that is it?
to be honest, i can't recall seeing a second number, it always sits at 0... meh, could be wrong.

nope im not positive but thats always what i thought it was, anyway if you have a monster system the second number will always be low if not 0 as you will probably have a very high fps.
65 is his fps...(theres a big diff so i think u can tell) and 14 + 65 is his monitor speed which is about 80hz i think..so 14 is how many more fps he can have with vsync on or soemthing ... ppl who get like 110 fps are actually only seeing 75 cuz thats how much their monitor usually pushes out
my reasoning...my two numbers always add up to 60...my montior refresh rate

I am always laughing at all the WRONG answers people post in this forum
well - at least you try
but if you are not SURE - please say so
anyway -
1st # IS fps and 65 is GREAT
2nd # is ms between frames (sort of reduntant/meaningless)
has NOTHING to do with monitor refresh rate or CPU usage

If you like laughing at wrong answers you should get a real kick out of your own post.
well - actually not even a remote possiblity
I often get fps over 100 and my monitor is locked at 60
(LCD with digital interface)
and I can EASILY tell difference between 60, 70, 80, 90 fps
when flying and turning
not much difference when driving straight or on foot
