Stupid knife badge!! AGHHH!!! HELP!

I finally made master Sgt. a couple days ago... and have all the necessary badges to make 1st Sgt. Except the dam basic knife badge. In two days I have tripled my lifetime knife kills but cant ever seem to get more than 6 in one round. (Need 7 obviously and three times I got 6 knife kills in one round).

Now I know that somewhere out there I could find somebody to help me stat pad but I refuse to cheat.

I'm gettin pretty frustrated going 6 kills to 25 deaths each round trying to get this thing though. I'm going to try playing on some of the weeny noob servers to get it done. But does anyone know any surefire ways to do this other than standing in the archway by Hotel in Karkand waiting for people to spawn? (and subsequently getting PWNED?)

I was just lucky with it...I was having just as much trouble as you by the sounds of it, but i just kept at it...took me nearly 6 hours of play time...LOL

ok the way to do it is karkland as medic (cuz u get more sprint becuase sprint is also a good help when knifeing) and the best is a half full 64 map
and go around the sid and come in or just run at them jumping and diving

Karkand as a USMC medic can do it. That's how I got mine. I first ran over to the right into the back of the buildings and past the MEC spawn. Then I just stood there and waited for guys to pop out from the corners and go prone, snipers especially. Just walk up to them and stab them.

this has gotta be one of the easiest medals to get...dude all you have to do is join any 64 player (city map recommended) with close quarters...sprint at people and knife them...mix it up a bit also like when you get close dive at the person and that might catch him/her off guard also someone said that you should pick medic because of sprint you could also try something like assualt although they dont have as much sprint they have armor...so just try different things and dont give up at it you will eventually get it

I spawn camped and that's how I earned my knife badge. Before they could take a step I stabbed them.

You also might want to try Sharqi..... the area around the alley? (northernmost flag) is excellent. You can get in the roofs of many buildings, the construction site has many dark corners (good hiding as sniper) also You get enemy snipers sitting on the hill (by bushes/ next to alley spawn) shooting at the observation post.

Thats where i got my Vet. & Expert. I know you might be in a hurry but just slow down and conecntrait.

There's a few servers for Karkand that are Knife and Pistol only. I got my Pistol Badge that way and am going to try knife, but I suck. People there will say, hey let's have a Knife only round and just go with it. Or in the middle of a pistol game, say, "how about knife only next round?" Usually people are cool about it. Some are gay and switch to auto, so I swich to mine and kill them, then report them, hehe

pay attention to uav...use that to try and sneak up on people.

64 size karkand with like 16 playes is the best.

run and dive/prone at the ppl and knife...usually gives you a better chance of hitting them before they lay a DAO-12 shot in ur face.

Nice tips all because I am also gonna have this problem soon if I dont get that badge before my rank. Havent played in 4 months then decided to start working on my rank again and I am way behind.

I got my expert knife camping the palace and tv station in WARLORD.

I actually just got my basic knife and veteran in one round.. lol
it was on Ghost Town in Special Forces, just grappled up to all the snipers
then knifed them.

Oh and spawn camping works wonders as well
