Re: Where do I put demos?

    C:\Documents and Settings\loginname\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos

Of course, loginname will be whatever name you login to your computer with.

    The easy way is:

    click "start"

    select "My Documents"

Now work your way down to the \Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos directory and place the demos to view there.

If you get down to the default directory and there is not a demos directory, then create it.

the demo files have the extension .bf2demo so you will have to convert them to avi with Battlefieldrecorder. there's a guide here... somewhere

That is if the poster wants to view them in something other than the game. Since the question was where to move them to, that suggest viewing them in game, which the way that I posted above will accomplish without making any changes to the file.

But, to view the demos in a media player, then you are correct.

For more info with the battlefieldrecorder, go to http://www.battlefieldrecorder.com and select the "Guides/FAQ" link on the left.
