awesome server empty?

so there is this sweet server to which i have had the pleasure of being in for a couple weeks now. and have yet to get more than 7 people in at one time. Ping is in the 20-50's for most players, and there are always admins there watching out for the other players' interests. such as myself. I have always been one to hate people who TK for vehicles and now i have the power to do something about it.

it was actually 7 clan members on the same team and we were working on a stunts video.

I actually like when a server has very few numbers to start with- it serves as a really great warm-up until it begins to heat up.

And once the people start flowing in- the thing fills up very quickly due to the 'nearly full' status of the server that most people look for.
