Bunny Hopping/Dolphin Diving mania

OK, my friend came over today and he wanted to play BF2, so i made him his own account and he is knew i looked for a no armor server. It so happend to be the one with the best ping was a RANKED server.

So i let him alone to play and he calls me up and tell me he cant shoot anyone because they are all hopping around and asked if he can do it to. I went over and looked, and everyone, i mean everyone was hopping and diving like crazy. Some guy was doing this thing that looked like the "worm dance." So i jumped in his name for the next round and see, %50 of the time i couldnt shoot anyone either because the first thing they would is dive while jumping, and stand back up and dive again.

what was you expecting going into a Infantry Only server? everyone on both teams dives dolphin dives, i dont think a Infantry only server was a good introduction to BF2 for your friend.

Seeing that they cant stand up to armor, i guess this is why they want no armor servers so they cant get killed by anything, most were weak shoters. He got mad to and told me to show him how a real battle looks like.

Also the name of the server was Infantry only HARDCORE hahhahah

yes but he didnt care about stats, since he just wanted to check it out, thats why i let him play on his own account, and server had been reported too

lol he is saving up for a system right now so he wanted to play on mine, next time he compes ill throw him into a regular server

In the 1.22 Patch I can still dolphine dive while the tanks are nailing me :P You do it as medic so if they get a shot on you, ya heal while you bounce away XD

I have to say those are some of the best rules I have ever seen. I have much love for that.
As for the dolphin diving bit, it is no more, you are still able to run and dive for cover, of course, why in teh hell wouldn't you be able to dive and save your ass? This is not a Revolutionary War where everyone stands shoulder to shoulder and takes turns firing muskets ffs!

Gees, is this guy a good friend? I wouldnt do that to a friend. I would put him on single player and on a good map. This way he can see the game minus the BS. If he still liked it I would find a nice 16 player Karkand map in multi player. I wouldnt throw him off in the deep end and go home. Some friend. LOL. . . . . Red

Those servers are awesome. The ones that I play are actually quite good and other don't jump around, but some tard comes in and starts using a vehicle.
