More laggy post patch?

[WAAASSSUUUPP]

No, it's not my computer....Pre patch I would get pings at like 80-100 max....now I'm getting 150 averages and spikes at 800-1000....One of my clanmates said turn off the EAX thing under sound, so I did that, but it still lags. Help please.
