they would be good if they were like in 1942 but that wont work now, also wouldnt be much use on a city map to much fog
but on some of the bigger maps it might have been nice

I loved the Binoc's in BFV because i could spot out targets for my buddy who was on M60 and pepper flag defenders while i was using an LAAW or M16. They were also great for firing at very long distances with an m14 or an AK and back than i wouldn't need to worry about the guy healing by those medical packs that seem to fall out of the sky and litter the place.
I never used binocs with a sniper kit though because if i had the sniper kit it's not like i would be sitting around with it.Comment

I doubt this will ever be added. I see both sides the support of this and leaving it out. Me personally I would rather have other issues handled before I wish for Bino's!Comment

Many a time i have sat wishing i had some.....instant action game sure, but there are many different ways it can be played, for those whom are more "tactical" binoculars would be great, those of you who "spray and pray", well duh, you wont need em.Comment

It's because they want the snipers to be the scouts, if you give everyone binoculars the snipers would be less usefull then they are now.Comment

I'm for binocs for SpecOps and Assult. Snipers can use their rifle's scope. Unless the binocs come with multiple zoom levels, then snipers as well. =PComment
