Right now im am uninstalling after effects, doing a virus scan, downloading two big programs in the back...no slow downs! lol
oh yea running sonicstage, takes up more memory then the rest

Slowdowns, pop ups, headaches, and a long, painful removal process. As said before, AVG is better, and more importantly, FREE.

its good to have both...i had norton for a year..didnt want to pay subscription fee so i switched
i somtimes think that spybot is better at picking up stuff
