We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
...I dont care if a guy spends his dying hours making that website. If they were his dying hours, he shouldnt be spending it making a website that people can just bypass all his sponsors...
I think your being a bit harsh on the whole thing. have you ever had to pay for tons of bandwith out of your own pocket? that stuff is expensive. google ads never bother me. I do however block popups and overly huge ads.
I think the graphs are a litte screwed. For me it'll only show the graph-line on a quater of the dates I have played (the information is still there though as you can hover your mouse to see the data).
Would also like to have the SPM for a specific day to see how good you played on that particular day (and see how long it would take to reach the next rank at that particular SPM and time played that day).
That's great to hear, BF2S, despite being the slowest to update, is the best stats site. 2 hours is a long time though... BF2player updates in about half an hour... but it is not as cool.
Plus, no other site has the extremely useful leaderboard. Currently it is not working right now.
Your absolutely right markimus (sp) i am acting totally selfish. I paid for the internet to be connected to my computer, and i wont let one little website screw me over a hundred times - based on how much i use said website - just to make some bucks. Every single website i use, i have gone over with a fine tooth adblock comb and gave it a nice shiny new look WITHOUT the ads. I dont make apologies for that.
To make my point in one fell swoop: If you cant afford to keep a website up due to the costs - either dont keep it up and let others do it or find another source of income. Because if you resort to ads and crap like that, then the fine tooth adblock come will come out and forcibly clean your website up.
Just keep in mind that i am one user who disdains ads in any shape or form. I forcibly remove them from my end only. Others who can stand it, such as you, dont remove them and maybe even click them or donate money to the website creators. How many do you think would go to my length to make the internet experience an enjoyable one from start to finish? Most simply put up with it and move on. Heh, just take the bf2 community and their being forcefed this crap that is bf2! We dont like it one bit that its full of bugs and hackers, but we dont ever turn away from it do we?

You are a total moron, thats about all i can say. Please do explain how the ads on BF2S.com effect you, the only thing that is visible is 3 small lines of text. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about, the new server cost somewhere near $4000 not to mention the monthly fees.
MouseNo4 you have your opinion and that's fine. However, it is obvious that you are ignorant to the internet and it's features, such as websites. Websites are expensive. Sure the service for a small site my be cheap at $13 a month, but when running a full blown server, working over 200 queries in 60 seconds, I'd like to see you dish out that type of money.
With your attitude, I guess you don't own a home, due to the loans you'd have to take out to help pay for it . . .
If the ads on the site featured porn or something which was unappropriate, I'd agree. But anything that is relevant to the site - so be it. It doesn't hurt me, the guy next to me, or even YOU.
You obviously don't know what you payed for when you bought your internet servce. You paid for the CONNECTION, not for the INTERNET. Two totally different things, bud.
bf2s.com is awesome, you guys do a great job. This forum is awesome, even people in australia need to make money Im sure. Ive gotten a good laugh from this guy.
