Hello all,

Nice forum you've got here.

Can someone please help me, it regards installin it. I put the CD into the DVDrom drive and the drive just makes a tickin noise! Ive got all the requirements on the back of the box! and it just WELL annoying, can someone PLEASE help!!!

Hmmm...bad drive maybe. Do any other disks work in the same drive?

The old case of having to upgrade your DVD drive, loads of us had this problem!

All my other disks work in it. How much would a new drive cost?

Well, you might be trying to put a BF2 DVD into a CD drive.

if other disks work then maybe the disk is bad
have you tried it in other drives?

up to you, I tried a few different older drives that wouldn't read, I paid £64 for a LG after borrowing my bro's.

Yeah, just bidding on a LG 16x speed one on good old ebay with 9hrs left! probs wont win but hey sh*t happens. Anyways I best FOOKIN win it i need it! Me n the missus want 2 play against eachother, yes you heard right my missus lol!

Maybe see if a friend's computer can read the disk (but not install it). You might have a bad disk.

if you already installed the game
get an image of the game
and play with it mounted on a virtual drive
then no noise and no $ for a new drive
