          first...i want to say (i think ive said it b4) ..there is no ultra high...ppl have taken pictures and there is no visual difference..and there usually is a big one between low to medium or medium to high

          also..the numbers prob just represent words ie..4 = ultra high 3 = high 2 = medium...becasue...set everything in the video.con file to 0...and then check ur settings...itll say off for everytihng...effects off...textures off...terrain off...but if u play..its just as if everyhintg is set to low

            by having a very good computer and an x-fi card.
            and setting everything to high, and Audio to Ultra-High. thats it.

              If you have X-Fi and select "Ultra High" in the audio settings, you are going to see a frame rate hit of about 5 fps. The upside is that you increase the available soundstreams from 64 to 128. That can, in some circumstances in the game, make for a richer sound environment but I have found that it is only a very marginal change in exchange for a performance hit.
