Bind MW UP/DOWN to differen keys

Somebody on here just broad up the question whether it's possible to bind the different directions of the Mouse Wheel to different keays/weapons. I had a quick look at it and my first impression is no but if you guys have any idea how to do it plz explain.

I didn't think you were bitchy at all. I have a question, though. When asked if you could post a link to the thread you were talking about, did you have the urge to say "No......search for it yourself."? Or was it just me???

What annoyes me is when people ask questions on these forums (that's what they are for) and get yelled at or often even flamed at. I'm a regular on these forums but I still missed the threads about the MW. Before creating this thread I used the search and obviously didn't find anything.
That's why I'm a bit irritated with people who will not only refuse to help others but also tell them to stop asking.

I am still confused.. anyone good at this stuff? it says how to make it so that you can "select" your weapon... what if you want scroll up or down to be your new secondary for "fire"?
