Mp7 has 40 in a mag instead of 20? Since when?

What the title says, I haven't used one since 1.2 (maybe not even then) and then there was 1.21 and 1.22 so when did they change it?

I think since 1.2 , it was in the patch where they UBERD the PKM and stuff
