all of the sudden, when I'm loading bf2 or sf, the load stops at 62%. plus, i'm getting very ugly video lag when in high traffic areas. now this never happened until the 1.22 patch came out. at least 5 other members in my clan are having the same issues. does anyone know how to fix this?

Well my bf2 will stop at 62% for like 30 seconds then it snaps to 90-100%
Try doing this.
-Go to my documents and open the battlefield 2 folder
-then open the folder called "mods"
-open the bf2 folder
-open the cache folder
-then delete all the folders in the cache folder.
Then open back up BF2 and join a server and let the shader optimizer thing reach 100%. Once you have joined the game, leave and quit BF2. Now go and defragment your hard drive.
