whatever else u wanna say: Old nForce2 mobo but still good enough that I have positional sound. Have noticed new things in BF2 such as buildings on fire since the video upgrade. Fine for now but I can't wait until 2007 when I build a highend PCI-e system.

whatever else u wanna say: I run on 1024x768, all medium with 2XAA. Smooth as butter. I also use a Belkin Nostromo N52, a Logitech Extreme 3d Pro, and Logitech MX510 mouse.

I run BF2 @ 1024x768 with no problems, but it isn't pretty. Draw distance is pretty short, and aliasing is ugly.

I should print out this list and write the prices down next to the hardware, show it to my wife and say, "Look at this!! How do you expect me to compete against hardware like this!?" Then maybe she wouldn't give me such dirty looks when I want to spend our hard earned cash on small upgrades :laugh:
