Jump tossing grenades

How do you jump and throw grenades? I can't do it but I see people doing it all the time. I have read in here that you can't do it but like I said, I see it all the time.

Press the nade button... wait till he pulls the pin... jump as he begins to throw.

You just have to start throwing the grenade before you jump. Click to go into throwing the grenade, and as soon as you see the animation start then jump.
