Yes, but i moved on to Swat4 a long time ago. 4 is better in every aspect except one, the lack of paintball mode in multiplayer. I'm still debating if i want to get the expansion or not(The Stechkov((sp)) Syndicate).
If you have a higher end comp, i would recommend getting 4. Sure it can be played on the lower-medium end systems but it just looks so damn good on high.

I don't hate SWAT 4 but SWAT3 was 10x better than that $hit.

True about the ****ty looking M4s in Swat4, but one thing you can do in Swat 4 that you can't do in Swat 3 is that you can install a mod that allows you to rape women once you have arrested -
