    Repetativeness

Okay so im just wondering do some of you just do the same thing over and over again, for instance Go on the same map, use the jet every time and rack kills.

I play a variety of maps, with a variety of weapons/kits, with a variety of vehicles and a variety of teamwork/combat. So everytime I went into this Wake server, its bassically the PLA that win all of the time and always one dude who does the same thing over and over, checked his stats and I was right, he made an account today and already has 501 kills and 89 deaths with 468 of his kills being in the jet.

Anyone else do the same thing every time you play BF2? just wondering because doesn't it get boring? but thinking about it now the people on the leaderboards near the top etc have like 100 k kills and like 30k deaths or whatever, most of those kills are from Armor or jets etc.

Whatever floats your boat. Atleast you have the option of ground pounding and doing something different in BF2. 6-7 years of CS and dust2 is starting to become a real drag.

Habit? Familiar surroundings? I play my favorites because of knowing the right spots and techniques to play well. Picking up a new map often means more dying.

I play a variety of whatever. Class usually A-T, medic, or support, and any map that comes up on the server. I dont care about my k/d ratio, so I just play for variety and fun.

I like variety but I try to get the chopper as much as I can because I love flying it, way more than I like flying planes. It's just a shame you can't do as much damage by yourself in a chopper as you can in a plane.

The maps are the only thing that's repetitive in my game play.

I usually come home from college or work and the server I play on is the same map each day.

I come home from college and the server is playing Wake 2007, when I come from work the server is playing Operation Clean Sweep.

Last year I came home from college to play Kubra Dam or came from work and Gulf of Oman was on.

If you look at my stats, you will see I play all the maps, some more than others. But it does help a person from gettiing bored.

I also try to come up with differant way to play each map.

                  __________________________________________________ _______________

I just got my K/D ratio over 1.0 in weapons! My assault weapon was eating my lunch so for a day or so I played only that kit to bring it up a little over even :)

I thin I will run with it for another few days to give me some breathing room while I work on other weapon deficits!

                    Re: Repetativeness

I personally don't have any problems with someone playing the same map over and over. I don't really play the game to compete against other people or to be all that concerned with what other people are doing or not doing. I pretty much play it how a person might play a round of golf in a tournament. I don't play compete against the other people really, I just compete against myself and try to improve my play each time out.

I like the helo, but if someone has it i'll take whatever and get flags, i dont care if is a buggy, and for weapons well right now im trying to get the 100 for liek 3 more guns, but im using mostly assault, engi, medic and support. But if i get kill by armor and still have the spawns point get ready cause im coming with a rocket =)

Learning new stuff all thetime.. getting better at everything i think. recently i've been practicing piloting attack choppers and jets.. both of which i used to suck at really bad before.

Commanding is still the only thing i dont enjoy doing that much.
