I have the HIS xgto turbo and I will tell you this. It works much better than my old x300se however, you cant expect to log on and crank the settings to full and expect it to run well.
I have a 3.4HT processor
1.5 gigs 533mhgz ram
3mb cable
with it and when not online I can crank them and it looks great, however, get online and I have to change to medium settings to keep game play fast. Dollar for dollar its the pick, I just got mine a month ago and I spent a long time reading what was the best bang for the buck.
Its a good card, the best I have had so I cant say what another would do. Only that it wont play this game to the max settings, though it will play it well enough to get some great grafix.Comment

Now that card has some great grapihcs that has made my mind up' thank's alot, when i get the card ill post pic from it if any one wants to know how the gto2 look's unlocked to 16 pipes and clocked up thank's:)Comment
