Frequency of UNLOCKS

I have 39000 points and change. I have all unlocks except the two newest from EURO FORCE. I purchased that pack and was wondering HOW LONG TILL I GET ANOTHER UNLOCK? I thought they gave you one when you bought the newest expansion pack?

why does everyone thing that the unlocks come from EF..they came from patch 1.2 :|
