No Fog, glitch?

I know, or i heard of a no fog hack but the other day i spawned and i saw the map with no fog! I had fraps running, but the thing is i couldnt move, i was frozen were i stood, good thing the round wasnt starting, not enough peopel

I asked my other teammates if the same thing was happnening, one said yea, but he was running around stabbing me because i couldnt move lol

I Normaly have no fog and crap beacuse of my gfx card ( GeForce 6200 256mb )
Its not a hack .. just a crap gfx card

EDIT: i tried it and it started at 1mb/s then slowly dropped to 600k lol i am downloading something else in the back
