Ya, I had a jerk like that the other day.

We were on Sharqi Peninsula. He became commander and constantly hit 'Negative,' we kicked him from the commander position three times.

If anyone else would become commander he would kill the commander and start destroying the team's assists.

Then he would team kill anyone that took the chopper, so that he could slam it into our tank.

I later got kicked for excessive team killing for killing that ass too many times. But, it was probably the best thing to do, leave.
