when u have downloaded it just click the setup and it will copy the maps in to 64 player mode then you can just click the 64sp icon to start the game.

If you mean the maps from the BFSP site, most of them you just drop into the levels folder. The ones that are expanded versions of the vanilla maps will overwrite the original so make sure you make a backup first because you won't be able to play online with the modified versions.
