just click the default settings button, that should be the "recomended" and just tweak from there to your own needs.Comment

its defaults all my settings to medium except texture which is high and aa x2. does this sound about right?Comment

thats good, if it runs fine for your tastes than thats great. its really all about what you perfer, not what WE prefer, but yes those settings seem about right for that rig.Comment

Take off shadows and strike down geometry and textures to low for more FPS.Comment

open the command bar with ` key (the one next to tab)
then type renderer.drawfps 1 is has to be that exacly
two numbers will be at the left hand side of your screen look at the one on the left
if your getting constant over 30fps then your fine if your not you might want to turn some settings down as below <30fps can affect your gaming and in some cases can give you headaches and migranesComment
