Very nice would of been nice to see some more Board gun usage rather then spam all missiles soon as they get a lock and LOL at the locked up J-10. -

No, guys this is a misunderstanding. I was comparing BF2 post 1.2 dogfights with the name "Red Baron", which is associated with dogfighting skills. Im personally very interested in the ladder. I think its a great idea. I just dont feel comfortable with missiles that jo pilots work, thats all.

I think many pilots would want if you set a "cannons only" rule, or at least give it a try before you give that rule a go.
EDIT- Two missiles per plane (I think this would aqcuire a mod?) would be the best solution, with post 1.2 situation.Comment

The server is still up and mostly populated. So dowload the map and try the competion.
Its funny to see some uber 1337 dog join with a very aggressive attitude, but soon finding their superiour and slowly turn into a puppy.
I havent played regular BF2 for 2 weeks now, though i will come back as soon as my enthusiasm wears off.
Gun only ... lawl. You'll need your gun skills and you'll need missile/ anti missile skills. You'll need to be aware of your teammates, and even teamwork is possible. Unfortunately VOIP isn't working. They a have teamspeak server up though.

The modders took out the J-10 for obvious reasons, which leaves 3 powerfull Jets for the Dogfight Competition.
