No it won't you need 2GB of ram to run on all high.. That PC is a little on the pricey side for what it is...

And why is that? You realize the S939 Opteron are exactly the same a San Deigo core Athlon 64s right? You did know that didn't you? The only real diffrence is the optys can use regestered RAM, and they are binned much much better, therefore overclock like mad...
