Fraps person view?

Just downloaded Fraps and I have a question.

Is there a way to change the views or is that something that you do in the game??

I know you can change views when you are in armor or a plane, but I couldnt find a way to do it for a ground pounder.

Nope, there is no way to change the views on infantry. It is, for some reason, consideed like a hack or something.
