Well I got the all green for a new computer. I have all my money saved up in the bank, but there is a problem. The new processors and RAM. Now my question is should I wait to get the newest stuff or just buy the regular 4200 X2?

Coolmaster make very good cases im my opinion, I have a coolmaster box, works great, a lot ov vents for cooling as well.

watchout that is a very heavy case, trust me ive been around them, so dont plan on going to too many lan parties with it .

as for waiting for AM2 and Conroe, I can give you my personal preference with no real evidence . The price now are much better and the performance of AM2 over current socket 939 is RUMORED to be around 5%. It supports ddr2, is rumored to also have support for dd3, and has virtualization technology (which Is mostly for servers.)
Also I heard they will have 65nm chips later for AM2. SO personally, I would wait for that... but there is definitly no harm in buying now. Its not like Vista wont support socket 939. I guess this post (other than telling you the case is heavy) is sorta pointless but maybe itl give you a perspective on things, or not... whatever :|:

First off the AM2 is not showing very impressive results thus far.

I figured on building an entirely new computer, however if you can salvage parts from the old one then the price drops (obviously).

i can see most of the stuff staying the same by the end of year

so you can plan nearly all the parts other than processor graphics card motherboard and maybe ram
